All our little cockers are home raised. Each individual puppy is special to us and is loved dearly for his/her's unique qualities. I strive for soundness, intelligence and loving temperaments. All our cockers are AKC registered and have Champion Bloodlines. All our puppies tails will be docked and dew claws removed. They will be on a strict worming and vaccination schedule, which are given by Breeder. Keeping the process of you acquiring your new puppy from us as stress free as possible, I will not have a lot of paperwork. My puppies will come vet-checked with their Puppy Care package which will include their Health record, AKC registration papers, a fresh bath and haircut !

All puppies are sold in the order of the deposits received to hold them. As soon as your deposit is received your puppy is reserved and the website will then be updated to reflect your puppy reservation. The ownership of a cocker spaniel, like any pet is a serious responsibility. It is the goal of Rockhaven to be sure that this responsibility as well as the financial and psychological needs of each cocker can be met in its new home. When you reserve your puppy with us we take it seriously. That puppy is yours. All other interested party's are turned away from your puppy. PLEASE NOTE ! By placing a non-refundable deposit down on the puppy of your choice, you also agree to all terms about deposits, and also agree to all terms of the Bill of Sale Agreement. If you do not sign the Bill of Sale Agreement by placing the non-refundable deposit down you are still agreeing to all terms of this Agreement.

Your 'Purchase Commitment' non-refundable Deposit; is half the purchase price to hold the puppy until the agreed upon departure date. It will not be refunded if you change your mind for ANY reason. If all money is paid on the puppy and you decide that the puppy is not going to work for you for some reason or another, ALL the money on the puppy will NOT be refunded or transferred to a different puppy unless I agree to it specifically. The funds paid on the puppy is then forfeited to the Breeder. There will be additional charges if not picked up on the time determined the puppy is ready to go home. Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old to ship and we only ship Delta. Shipping charges will be an additional $300.00. Sorry due to Previous Problems, I do not take Person checks. Only Cash, money Orders or Cashiers checks will be accepted.

Every so often, Several families will be interested in the same puppy as I do receive lots of e-mails concerning my babies ! At that time I will give you time to get your Cashiers Check or Money Order in the mail or overnite delivery since most regular mail can be slow. So it is best to send your deposit Priority Mail or UPS . To be fair , it must be first deposit received reserves the puppy. My prices are stated above unless a different price has been previously agreed upon. When you reserve your puppy with us you will be able to schedule time to visit and bond with your puppy until he is ready to go home with you if possible. I believe this time together reduces the stress and anxiety that some puppies can experience going to a new home.
